While the Ministry of Gluttony was forced out of Packard County, it didn't go without a few consequences. It wasn't until Devil's Night that things changed. Donnie approved his new name and liked it.įrom there, Kasai, now Donnie, agreed to repair and modify the cars of Joseph Price and his gang with state of the art aftermarket parts, giving an extremely competitive edge in Stilwater and Steelport's street racing scene. Because his name was difficult to pronounce for Joseph and his gang, they decided to call him Donnie. He moved to Stilwater several years later where he got the attention of Joseph Price and his Westside Rollerz. Kasai never saw much of his parents because they were always hard working, to provide for the family.įollowing in his father's steps, Kasai became a mechanic as well.
